Numbuzin No. 5+ Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner helps unlock a radiant complexion with its brightening formula that minimises melanin accumulation and improves dull skin. 

  • 3-layer brightening ingredients, Arbutin, Vitamin C and Niacinamide with Centella Asiatica containing Madewhite help minimise melanin in the skin and reduce skin dullness.
